  1. What shipping carriers do you use? Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary.

  2. Can I request specific shipping methods? Yes, if you have specific shipping needs, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  3. What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged? In case of loss or damage during transit, you will need to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in this process, but replacement items cannot be sent until the carrier completes their investigation.

  4. Do you ship to PO boxes? No, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box address, you will be responsible for additional charges required for delivery.

  5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on certain indicated items within the 48 continental US States. However, free shipping items and non-free shipping items cannot be placed on the same order.

  6. What about shipping to Hawaii and Alaska? Customers from Hawaii and Alaska are advised to contact us directly to discuss shipping options.

  7. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab to arrange your international order.

  8. What about international payment methods? For international orders, if you use a non-US card for payment, you may be required to cover the higher processing rate.

  9. What is your return policy? All sales are final. However, we will work with you in the event of incorrect shipments. Please verify the correctness of your items within 48 hours of receiving them.

  10. Can I cancel my order? Cancellations may be allowed within 1 business day of the original order date, but once the order is packaged and a tracking number is created, cancellations are not allowed.

  11. What if I need to modify my address after placing an order? Any modification to the shipping address after the order is placed may be subject to a fee, and we do not ship to PO boxes.
